【Material Box】Share Materials with Multiple Subjects
For specialists teaching the same Subject across multiple Subjects, or for those who wish to share the same materials with other Subjects and lessons, you can share a materials box by following this method.
Creating and Sharing a "Subject Shared Folder"
By creating a "Subject Shared Folder" on the Admin page, you can make the same Materials Box accessible from any Subject.

Steps to Create a Shared Subject Folder
Log in to the Admin Console and select "Subjects"

In the Subject list screen, select "Subject Shared Folder"

Press "New Folder"

Fill in the "Folder Name," select the "Subject" to share with, and create the "Subject Shared Folder"

Tips
When selecting a Subject to share with, you can search by "Subject Name," "Class Name," "Teacher's Name," etc.

The created "Subject Shared Folder" will be available for use in the app

Share with "School-Wide Shared Folders"
You can save Materials that you want to use in multiple subjects in "School-Wide Shared Folders".
Please separate folders for each subject and grade level for easier understanding and use.
